Havana Club Selection of Teachers is the result of the joint collaboration of all the Teachers of Cuban Rum, who meet once a year to create this unique product. Rum with high prestige internationally, highly recognized for its quality by both consumers and specialists in the world of spirits. Awarded as numerous prizes (36 medals) in the most prestigious competitions of spirits worldwide.

Selection of Teachers is a triple aged barrel rum, the result of a unique process of elaboration. It has a third phase of natural aging in white oak barrels, carefully selected by the Masters of Cuban Rum.

The Masters of Cuban Rum meet and select the best and most exceptional aged rums. These rums are then mixed and placed for further aging in barrels carefully selected for the aromatic properties of their wood, where the rum will develop its character and intensity.

In a second encounter, the Masters select the rums that have matured perfectly. These will be the ones that make up the final mix and are bottled directly from the barrel at 45% alc / vol.

Havana Club Selection of Teachers represents the maximum expression of the extraordinary collaboration between the members of the Teachers' Guild of the Cuban Ron, directed by the talented Don José Navarro. "All our Havana Club rums come to light from the hands of a Cuban Rum Master, but in the particular case of Teacher Selection, it is a process of artisanal elaboration by all the rum masters of Cuba". CATA'S NOTES:

Havana Club Selección de Maestros is distinguished by a warm amber color, with a deep red shine. On the nose, toasted nuts and spice aromas reveal more robust origins and the character of the wood. In the mouth, a round and buoyant entrance results in a complex taste on the palate: a corpulent palette of touches of cocoa, coffee, sweet tobacco and aromatic spices. A pleasant finish of smoked oak and spices mixed with candied fruits, offers a remarkable balance experience.
